Meet our New Team Leads: Jessica and Ruth!

We’re very excited to share our newest and best with you! Jessica has recently joined us as our Grants Team Lead, and Ruth as our Consulting Lead at DoGood Funding.

Jessica Singh brings over 17 years of experience across the arts, culture, social justice, and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on fundraising, strategy, and evaluation research. She is currently serving as the Interim Executive Director of the Council of Agencies Serving South Asians (CASSA).

She holds an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford and brings a strong research orientation, along with practical, results-driven fundraising experience. Her work centers on strategic funding development, proposal writing, and research-informed planning to support mission-driven organizations in securing sustainable funding and strengthening long-term impact.

Ruth Tshin specializes in unlocking funding and forging partnerships that power systems-level change. With 15+ years of experience in grants leadership, business development, and donor strategy, she has grown revenue across global nonprofits, mission-driven startups, and community-led initiatives.

Her expertise spans the full funding lifecycle—from donor engagement and proposal development to internal systems that drive scale. She has led improvements across the business processes that underpin revenue growth: strengthening coordination between finance, operations, and program teams to ensure data integrity, reporting excellence, and funder alignment.
