We want to sincerely thank everyone who joined us for DoGood Day Ottawa 2026 at Impact Hub Ottawa.
The day brought together nonprofit leaders, charities, funders, and community changemakers for meaningful conversations on fundraising, partnerships, innovation, and long-term impact. The energy in the room reminded us how powerful it is when the sector comes together to learn, share, and grow.
A Special Thank You to Our Speakers
We were honored to hear from an incredible lineup of speakers during DoGood Day Ottawa.
Alex and Cassandra from Arts Ottawa led an insightful session on Impact Reporting & Evaluation, sharing practical ways organizations can measure outcomes and communicate their value more effectively.
Rohit from DoGood Funding explored the evolving role of AI in Grant Writing, highlighting how organizations can use emerging tools strategically while keeping authenticity and funder alignment at the forefront.
Michael from The Centre for Social Enterprise Development (CSED) spoke about developing and incorporating social enterprise and earned revenue models, offering actionable ideas for organizations looking to build long-term financial sustainability.
Our funder panel featured Tais from Ottawa Community Foundation, Nicole from Arts Ottawa, and Allison from Rideau Hall Foundation. The discussion covered timely and important sector challenges, including the lack of core funding, navigating uncertainty, and how to present impact data in ways that strengthen funding applications.
It was wonderful to have Alterna Savings with us at DoGood Day Ottawa. Thank you for showcasing your financial services and sharing valuable resources with our participants.
A special shoutout to DoGood team members Adithyaa, Jessica, and Sanjana for leading the event and helping make DoGood Day Ottawa a seamless success.
